Sunday Line-Up

Wristbands will be available on the days of the festival at a cost of £3 for the day or £5 for the weekend. Under 16s are free.

Nearly every activity is included in the price of your wristband; however, there are a few activities that have a small charge.

  • 2pm to 2.45pm - Airline Crew Daze with Judy Richter
  • 3pm to 4pm - Burlesque Chair Dancing with Ebony Fleur (ladies only)

Duffield Baptist Church, Makeney Road, DE56 4BD
Throughout the day there will be a broad mix of activities, including cardmaking, crafts and storytelling for children. Light refreshments will be available.

William Gilbert Endowed School, Vicarage Lane, DE56 4EB
The school will be bursting with unique crafters and traders.
There will be art cubes where you can let out your inner artist and decorate to your heart’s content.

Duffield Meadows Primary School, Park Road, DE56 4GT

There will be a full range of craft stalls for you to browse, with the Duffield WIs serving food and refreshments. Outside will be Derby Police Museum, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service and Spice It Up BBQ. Why not come and have a go on the lovely turn of the century Merry Go Round, with its original hand turned operation (small charge applies).

Emmanuel Community Church, Chapel Street, DE56 4EQ
From 1pm to 4pm there will be a broad mix of activities including a creative prayer space incorporating a prayer tree, a prayer wall, forgiveness stones, prayer requests, creative writing to give people a chance to write some poetry, and creative art using clay and singing. Light refreshments will be available.

Trinity Methodist Church, King Street, DE56 4EU
An exhibition of work by members of the Amber Painting Group and the Allestree Art Club on show. Light refreshments will be available, and any money raised will be divided between their charity for the year – Massive, the Duffield based youth centre - and the Duffield Arts Festival.

At 4pm, to celebrate the festival and the village, there will be a there will be a special 'Festival of Art' service in the church.

Inside the church all the children’s’ colouring competition pictures will be on display.

  • 3.30pm to 4.30pm - A Victoria Wood Fun Hour, A second helping!

Brianna Undy, a talented local actress, will be performing excerpts from a Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Andy Quinn, the incredibly talented vocalist, will be singing songs from the musicals.

Molly Hewitt-Richards, an outstanding local singer and musician, will be performing during the festival.
